Halloween 2012 Part II

Heres the most recent pictures of the things I have finished.

Halloween 2012 Part I

Yes, my friends, it has already begun......my love of Halloween pushes me to start everything earlier and earlier every year. Fortunately for me, Louie also loves Halloween and is in full support of my crazy adventures. The crafting has begun this year, and while  there are several projects in the works, only two are completely done- my plaster witches head, and my wooden shoes sign. Check these guys out....I thought they were pretty cute! :

New House

I've known for a while that this was the house we were finally settling on, but didn't want to jinx anything. More info and pics to come, but here is a sneak peak at the new casa....
I already have some ideas on painting the kitchen, but Louie is making me wait to do ANYTHING, until we get in and settled...damn him and his sound reasoning. :)

Bella's First Day of First Grade

We all live downtown Boise for the time being, but Jason will be staying downtown forever basically so we use that as the main home addy for the girls, so the point is, Bella goes to school at Longfellow, on 9th St in the heart of Hyde Park basically. It's a super nice school.

Moving On...

Everyone know by now that I no longer work at West Valley. I've been not working for almost a full week now and while not working is nice in a way, it also drives ya crazy. The girls are in school all day, Louis works all day, and I just hang out. Hmmm.....wonder whats next in store for me now.

Here I Am

I know that it's been almost a full month since my last post, and trust me when I say there has been a lot going on. I will just give a basic run down on the summer since I've been basically MIA lately!

After California we came home and tried to return to normal life. What that was was hard to define- I had decided to let my house foreclose and the girls were living with Jason. I was staying a Louie's house but nothing had been discussed about living together or anything like that...it was basically like I was homeless. I still had all my stuff at my house in Meridian, but all the furniture is gone, all the girls stuff is gone, its just my junk out there so I never go. It makes me bawl every time. All my stuff is still out there. I need to go pack it up, but more on this in a minute.

In July we celebrated the 4th with the girls. We took them to lucky peak and then had a bbq and lit fireworks at my parents house. I will do a separate post on this later.

We also took a trip to Chester, Louis's home town. It's a small, I mean itty bitty, town in South east Idaho, about an house from West Yellow Stone.  It's halfway between St. Anthony and Ashton. We were there for two days. We took Rachel, Louis's daughter, to see her grandparents. Once again, I will post on this specifically with pictures later.

We had our company picnic at the Canyon County Fair and it was a super good time. We had a VIP tent that Dickeys BBQ catered. WE all got free admission, wrist bands for the rides, and Uncle Kraker played a concert that we all got VIP seats for. It was a super good time. Pics later.

Finally, Louie and I had the talk and decided that it was time to make the move and get a house together somewhere. Which is where we are right now- in  the house hunt. We have very specific demands and are in no huge rush, so we are taking our time, but have gone and looked at a few. We originally wanted to stay either in the down town/ north end par or the south east part of Boise, but since we are having such a hard time finding anything, we have broadened our boundaries to just about anywhere- caldwell, nampa, etc barred. As long as the house is dope then we are good. :) We are both really excited and feel this is the right move. We have been together for almost a year and have been living together in one capacity or another for almost that whole time, so we might as well just do it. :)

On a super fun note check out what we got:

Yup, thats exactly what it looks like- a scooter. and YES it's exactly as fun as it looks. We love it. It's perfect for zipping around down town. We go every where on this thing, and Louis even rides it to work every day. We have named her Sophie, and we are going to put a license plate on her that says "Lou Meg". Louis did a lot of leather work to it to it too to add little accessories. Made her super cute. I will post pretty soon pics of the license plate and the leather work.

There is a little more to report on but I will save that for later. Also like I already said, most of these will be individual posts with pictures later.
