I have been madly working on my room the past couple of days. I painted the walls, spray painted a shelf thing, bought some art work, bought new sheets, and have a list of other projects to complete. However, my room is turning out awesome and will be my secret escape from the world...or at least something like that! :) So the plan is for the room to be black and white with minute splashes of red around the room.
I painted the walls Seal Gray. I love it. It gives the room a spa-esque feel to it, plus how often do you see a truly gray room? Not often. It's unique, plus it is totally "me".
Then I bought some black sheets. I already have a solid white comforter, so the sheets completed the bedding.
and of course I needed some black and white art work. I just began and only have one piece, but I really like it. It's a piece called "Church Aisle" by Scott Mutter. Super cool.
I still have a bunch of stuff to do, but it's totally coming along really great. Pics coming soon.
